Much talk, little progress. Time to get serious about many things. A journal helps by reinforcing the one day at a time mentality. looking forward to 2021 and progress on several fronts. Here I focus on my weight, yes, but my fitness more importantly. Feeling physically strong will help in many other areas as well. Let's go.
