HOW Can I go down? pl suggest
It is normal for people who lose weight. This is a period where your body get used to the "new" calories that they have so it will be harder to lose weight. What I can suggest is to increase you exercise regime. The weight will slowly decrease but your body shape will change drastically if you do the right exercise. Eat more healthy meals like more vegetables, nuts and fruits in moderate portion instead of red meat and fired and greasy food as it will really make you feel greater and make your body look great too.
AS for losing weight, you can either exercise more or lower down your calorie intake. But I do not recommend you to lower your calorie intake though as it will cause starvation to your body and this will result in you slowing down your metabolism and hence, you will gain weight more easily next time.
You can try drinking green tea to boost up your metablism

well, it is a myth that eating late at night will cause more of a weight gain than eating in the afternoon, but eating late at night will cause you to gain weight easily because you will not burn off as much calorie in the night than in the afternoon since you use more energy to work in the afternoon than at night. Nighttime, you will mostly rest and sleep so you won't be using as much calorie as in the afternoon, so you will gain weight more easily. You can eat at night but eat it in a smaller portion and eat something light like a salad or something
