Question Re: Jorge Cruise 3 Hour Diet Plan
Hi, I'm new here and I have a question. My hubby is the one reading the 3 hour diet book, so I'm not sure about this.
On the 15g of sugar per day, does that include natural sugar, like the sugar in apples and other fruit and milk?

bummed about my weekend splurge!!
I used to do that every weekend!! It's a vicious cycle to stop, that's for sure. Like another member, I've changed what I eat, so if I have a rough day, at least what I've pigged out on is better choices. Hang in there, were all human and we all screw up.
