3 LBs is a start. Hope I can continue to go down. I have roller-coaster between 220 and 230 for months now. I am hoping this new community will be the support I need!!!!! okay now for some positivity !!!! down three pounds!!!! worked out 3 days this week!!!!! GO ME!!!!!!!!

well I did well yesterday until the kids wanted something sweet and the only thing I saw to make was rice pudding-one of my favorites!! I still stayed under my calorie intake but there are too many carbs in rice pudding. Then today I was starving and ate a horrible breakfast. I do not know why it is so hard for me to change my eating habits. I did it before and did great. I am trying not to be so hard on myself but I hate the way I look and feel.
At least I am going to the gym today.

I am hoping to make these healthy choices, healthy habits and eventually even quit smoking. I am too young to be on all these medications, I am too young to be so tired. I want to be there when Nae Nae graduates and gives me grandchildren. I want to live. I want to live healthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
