well I did well yesterday until the kids wanted something sweet and the only thing I saw to make was rice pudding-one of my favorites!! I still stayed under my calorie intake but there are too many carbs in rice pudding. Then today I was starving and ate a horrible breakfast. I do not know why it is so hard for me to change my eating habits. I did it before and did great. I am trying not to be so hard on myself but I hate the way I look and feel.

At least I am going to the gym today.
