3 LBs is a start. Hope I can continue to go down. I have roller-coaster between 220 and 230 for months now. I am hoping this new community will be the support I need!!!!! okay now for some positivity !!!! down three pounds!!!! worked out 3 days this week!!!!! GO ME!!!!!!!!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
