Hi everyone my name is Sophonie and I am trying this weight loss journey once more. I don't like the whole idea of resolutions anymore but I guess this is technically one anyways. A few years back in 2010/2011 I lost about 30 pounds but never fully reached my goal. This was on a calorie counting diet which I actually enjoyed. I worked out 5-6x a week and was very consistent. Got to college, gained that weight back and then some. Since then it has been an uphill battle. Nevertheless, I am always trying throughout each year to get back on the ball.
Back in 2017 I lost 20 pounds after about a few months of being on a full vegan diet and consistently working out. Last January I stopped my vegan diet and also stopped working out for a moment. Of course the weight gain came back.
Without regret of what has happened before, I moving forward and taking this journey serious again. I have lots of luck on odd even years LOL so wish me luck!
The goal is bigger and better but I am up for the challenge.
