Hey Guys,
Melissa here! Im currently in a fat lose journey. I currently weigh 213 lbs and I'm 5 9". I'm tall but I can surely lose some fat. While in high school I did field sports for my Track and Field team, so I have a lot of muscle mass and I really just want to lose fat and tone up.
I am a member at two gym locations; Planet Fitness and Blink Fitness. I do enjoy working out and try to go between 3-5 times a week depending on my work schedule. My biggest weakness is food. I love food and need to work on eating healthier alternatives and seriously cutting back on chocolate...which I eat 5 times a week at work (I know a shame)
I'm just here for support and motivation on controlling my eating and staying consistent in the gym. Wish me luck!
