my goodness... i am horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE!!
Work ordered dinner for us tonight; they ordered from Macaroni Grill. I've started skipping the online menus completely and go directly to the nutritional information page. There i see a Steak & Arugula salad .. 570 calories without dressing. Sounds very yummy. The boss is on the phone giving the orders and, of course, they don't have that anymore. I didn't have a chance to go over the information again, as he was on the phone and had to say
something
.. so i blurted out the only other thing i could remember... Mushroom Ravioli.
Dinner arrives and my ravioli came with a loaf of their rosemary peasant bread. mmmmmmmmm... it's soooooooooooooooooooo good. of COURSE i ate the whole blasted thing. Then i was forced to input all the info here into Fat Secret as no one else has been this stupid already. Each key stroke was more agonizing than the last.
When it was all said and done, my dinner caloric intake was 1320.

... ugggg. My daily for today is 2412. I just can't believe it. It's so shocking how these numbers add up so quickly :(
