Gaining weight tons of weight? .. Muscle Weight? HELP
So im on day 7 of Jillian Michaels new dvd, Ripped in 30. I felt my muscles hurt every day and my back does a bit still but when i started I weighed around 143, I havn't been on a diet or eating very well but im shocked and very upset at what i weigh now... around 149. I cant believe it and i dont feel thatbig.

Im really fustrated as during the summer 2010 I dropped 10 pounds and have kept it off until now, at the end of feb i was the same weight. I've measured my stomach and it hasnt changed, ( From jan- feb i lost an inch and a half in stomach as i did jillian michaels 6 week 6 pack)

Im going to start not eating as much, but i still cant take this number in as It took me 2 months of hard work to lose 10 pounds, and im not almost back at that weight from 2 weeks?

This is pretty ong but if anyone has any suggestions or comments id greatly appreciate them, as im def in not a good mood now.

Im continuing this video ripped in 30, not to mention i go to the gym 6 days a week, just doing 30 mins of cardio....

Stomach getting bigger, 6 Week 6 Pack Jillian Michaels HELP :S
Okay so im doing the jillian michaels 6 week six pack, im on day 18 so i still have a ways to go. I did diet the first 11 days or so.. the rest of the days i kinda ate badly... but anyway i dont feel bloated

my stomach feels bigger! like the bottom of my stomach its like a weird shape now like it is bigger than normal but again i dont feel bloated and i really dont think it sbecause of my eating more but i do notice that my stomach is more toned kinda, and am wondering why my stomach bottom part is like this!!

i cannot stand the feeling of my stomach hanging over my pants it fustrates me so much that i feel as if my stomach is bigger!like i havnt felt this big in forever and i havnt gained over my starting weight! Sad

Ive been trying to research but i dont know, the 6 week 6 pack someone said i may be gaining muscle under my fat, the workout is aprox 30 mnutes every day and its the only reason i can think of, i also go to the gym 6 days a week

Jillian Michaels dvds - results?
I did the 30 day shred and lost bost weight and inches! it really worked.

I've started 4 days ago the 6 week 6 pack, hoping to get rid of my stomach, its very hard, but hey if your doing banish fat boost metabolism your good, i did it once a week ago and almost passed out by circuit 5 ! .. I stopped doing it because i go to the gym, and i really cant do hour long videos im to impatient so i like my 30 minute ones Smile

SHES amazing! definately keep doing the vids they work, hoping to see results with my new dvd!
