I'm up another 1/2 lb since 2 weeks ago and have bounced between 172 and 174 since right after Thanksgiving! I've decided to switch to OWL so I can add some new foods, especially berries. Oh how I've missed my fruit! Maybe the variety will trigger weight loss to return. I plan to increase the carbs VERY slowly, starting with 25 net carbs per day.

So I am officially the same weight I was on December 17th! Keep bouncing around the same couple of lbs. Was actually down another lb earlier in the week but they found their way back to me!
