Off to a so-so start.
I did 20 minutes of strength training yesterday (good):
50 Jumping Jacks, 30 crunches, 40 squats, 10 wall push-ups, 140 arm circles, 20 hammer curls, 40 bicep curls, 40 reverse flies, 40 tricep extensions, 25 each front, back & side kicks.
No cardio.
Didn't do so good with food: didn't follow my planned menu, ate half-a-dozen snowball cookies, drank a Dr. Pepper. Only drank four 8 oz glasses of water.
Today is another day. My plan for today is to work on my work-out room clean-up so I will not be able to use that in the future for an excuse for not working out properly.

New Year, New start.
Looking over challenges to join.
Setting up a personalized spreadsheet to help me "stay on track".
Working on a week of menus that will keep me within my calorie count.
Have to seriously start on cleaning/straightening up the basement so that I can "reclaim" my workout area.
Yow! Good thing I have several days before my first challenge starts!

This is my first day. Right now I'm handicapped with a mouth ulcer which means that I cannot wear my lower dentures. This means soft foods which makes dieting more difficult for me. Not discouraged, just set back a bit.
