New Year, New start.
Looking over challenges to join.
Setting up a personalized spreadsheet to help me "stay on track".
Working on a week of menus that will keep me within my calorie count.
Have to seriously start on cleaning/straightening up the basement so that I can "reclaim" my workout area.
Yow! Good thing I have several days before my first challenge starts!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
