i had also heard that from a lot of people after i told them that i am on adkins, but my doctor said that this is a safe diet and he was impressed with my weight loss results so far and after your proof with your numbers it makes me feel a little bit better that this is a safe diet.keep up the good work

Hey everyone
I'm almost 20 and i've been on adkins on and off for almost a year and had lost 35 pounds but after a bad break up and spring break in march i gained 18 pounds back and now that it'e summer time i am trying to my weight back down so that i can run around in my bathing suit without making everyone want to cry.I'm hoping to reach my goal weight by my birthday in septemeber so i guess i'm just looking for some support on here from others who are also struggling with their diets.
