Funny how weather changes eating patterns. Today is gorgeous. What I've always liked in the past was a margarita or two on a patio somewhere with happy hour-type food and chips. At lunch as I drove around, people were on patios having ice cream and malts. Not me! I enjoyed a 130 calorie pack of skinny cow chocolate caramels and a 16 calorie iced coffee :)
I am going to swim after work again!

Feel good today. Strong.
However, I really hate it when people try to pull me off track because of their own issues. I find it selfish and disrespectful. EVERYONE I know knows how long I've been struggling and how hard I am working to change.

Well yesterday was a bust!! :(
Lesson one: NO alcohol, it weakens my willpower and deadens my ability to feel full.
Lesson two: When highly stressed, I am on the edge of total diet failure. One deviation from my plan leads to disaster as I found out last night.
Lesson three: Not only did I screw up yesterday, but I had a food hangover and was lethargic this morning. I got up late, missed an appt and my workout, and my appetite is all off. :( I ate one fat free muffin and I feel like I ate a huge meal...blech!
Lesson four: Reminder. This is how I've ruined my consistency before. It's not just one day of over eating, it wreaks havoc with the next day also....AND, in the past, it's lead to major yoyo'ing and zero forward progress.
Get a clue Theresa!!
That came about from one alcoholic drink....just one!!!

Ha! I ate a 900 calorie breakfast...in two parts (6am & 9am)...but food gone by 9:15 am. I worked out hard this morning and yesterday...guess my body was hungry!! Will eat again after I hike around noon.
Clothes are loose today. I can't wait to take another pic and compare from last Friday...Five more days!

not weight in day..but I don't plan on going up from here..........so just wanted to document.
Had a great weekend..lots of working out, eating right. Only went up to 1900 w/Mother's day eating out at the Outback steakhouse (Saturday.)
All is good. I am very motivated.
