So...I've been hanging out between 182 and 183 for the last week and half. I think this is AWESOME! With only diet, I've been able to totally maintain the 6lbs I've lost so far, when normally my weight will fluctuate like 8lbs over the span of a week. I'm really pumped because school is ending this week, so I'll have a lot more free time and I actually am going to start pushing myself to exercise more than just walking 2 days a week (which I haven't even been doing that well at lately).

I started off today with 45 minutes on the WiiFit and will be heading out for an hour walk later this evening after I get back from class. I'd really like to be at 175lbs by July 14th when I leave for vacation and 170lbs by August 30th. Hopefully I can keep up the momentum this summer!


EDIT: 4pm Monday

I'm totally broke right now, at least until Friday, but I just ordered WiiFit Plus...this was a good decision, right? The sooner I get it, the sooner I can start integrating new things into my daily routine. I just have to keep reassuring myself this was a good way to spend money before pay day!
