Hi my name is Katie. My entire family is overweight or obese, except my mother who had gastric bypass surgery five years ago. I have a beautiful four (almost five) year old daughter who is my life. I don't want to keep going in the direction I'm headed with my weight. I don't want to be the fat mom who never goes out and plays because she's too tired or embarassed. I'm going to stick to it and hopefully learn healthier ways to eat and lose weight. I haven't been under 200 since highschool and that's one of my biggest goals. I know if I can get there, I can get wherever I need to go. I can't wait to get in shape and get to a size I'm really comfortable with.
