I started weight watchers back in march.It is working great i was 212 pounds and now down to 165.I lift weights everyday and do cardio along with the diet.I also do ju-jitsu for 5 hrs a week.The trick for me was to keep busy.I would like to gain lean mussle now and put a few pounds back on but only the good ones.
