Free Day
I definitely believe in a "cheat day" once or twice a week. I had two this week and the next day I was not very hungry and barely met my minimum calorie goals. I also lost weight. So as long as you listen to your body, you really can eat whatever you want in moderation. I also think knowing I can have anything on my free day prevents me from eating not-so healthy foods on other days and gives me something to look forward to. Seeing the weight loss also helps me stick to my calorie max on the other days.

Anyone Doing Extreme Fat Smash
There is a lot of brown rice, beans (black, pinto, refried, etc), veggies, and fruit. It's not bad tasting and it's filling. I don't follow the plan exactly but I do still eat a lot of the foods that are on it, I just eat more.

Question of the day 6/12:
I run 3 times a week, bike or swim 2-3 times a week, walk at work, and do strength training 1-2 times a week. I used the FIRM before and it was really good. I saw great results. Now I use my P90X videos for weight lifting, stretching, and Yoga.

Vitamuffins
I've had the chocolate ones. They're not bad if you have a craving for chocolate, kind of dry, but with good fiber.

Diet Guidelines
I would appreciate that Sher.
Right now my weight is about 158 and my goal is 145.
I exercise 5-6 hours a week, burning 3500-4000 cal.
How many points should I eat to lose at least 2 lbs/wk?
Any other rules I should know? How do you find out the points for foods?
