Ok, time to get myself back on track. I have been bouncing between 80kg and 84 kg for months, largely because I have not been focused. Now my body is recovering from surgery, it is time to revisit my goals and work hard to achieve them. I have been drinking way too much alcohol, eating well at times and really poorly at others. 16 days till Christmas. A few functions between then and now, but I can do my best. Sadly my exercise options are still limited to walking for another month until I get the all clear from the surgeon in late January. So that means I have to be super strict with my meals if I want to see any success.
