Today I am back on track. It was an unusual weekend with the kids stopping in and shopping bothe days. Now its back to exercise, water and the plan which is to get healthy and lose some weight while I am at it. I need to watch those peanuts though. I need to measure out what I am going to eat for the day and eat no more! Planning is half the win.

Well another day of shopping. needless to say we grabbed a junior bacon cheeseburger from Wendys which would make the later Dr. Atkins faint no doubt.
I know I just have to stay in a rut or it never works. Being on a "diet" for the majority of my life I just can't try new things. If I do then I am off on a "eat what you want and all of it you want" week.
Now its the end of the weekend so rut here I come.

I am doing quite well so far starting at 186 two weeks ago and losing so far 4 pounds. I am incorporating some exercise dispite my broken foot. Mainly upper body. My foods are so limited with the diabetes but this diet plan seems to have at least some carbs that don't shoot my sugars over 15.
