It's been a year since I weighed in. Not surprised by my 10 lb gain but I feel its been a good gain. I've been eating better than I used to. Looking to do a little strength training now.

Well I can finally say that i'm now at my goal weight :D. The last month has been good. I've really seen a change in how I eat and I've tried to add some exercise to my schedule. I feel proud to have been able to do it and it definitely feels good to feel good about your body. I think i'm gonna push for another 5lbs over the next month or two. Wish me luck!
To all the people who are on a weight loss journey, I hope that you continue to reach for that goal cause in the end it will feel real good and you'll love the skin your in!
