well my name is James i started crossfit about 4 months ago well beginning of January now and I'm addicted to it.. about 10 days into January was about 265 decided i needed a diet so i started paleo did very good followed 97% of the time and now i way 233 well i weighed 233 on the 5th of April. i started the zone on the 5th and i only weigh in on Sundays. today is the 10 and I'm am starting this online thing maybe it will be of some help to people and i will be able to learn more.. also my weight goal is 200 lbs =D
