Okay, so yesterday I tried my hardes to stay on track with my eating. I did really good up until after work. Went to a friends house and gorged out on meatballs, raw veggies, ranch and fruit. I know that doesn't sound horrible, but you have no idea how much I ate. And I'm not supposed to have fruit while on induction. Oh, and let's not forget that it's TOM. Anyway, jumped on the scale this morning and had lost 1.4lbs. Really? Wow! Won't test that again, trust me! Back on track this morning.
