My doctor is happy.
Hi Hoser: Have to tell you no matter what complaint I have know ---my doctor just looks at me and says---you should open a weight loss clinic--I just don`t believe what you have done! WW didn`t want to know me so I think I will go private! It`s all about moving it---but mix it up-- do weight, core exercises, NIA or ZUMBA dance, pilates, aquacise---just move your b uns and portion control---get a food scaLE If you are serious about losing wieght---use your save on points and buy an electronic food scale if you don`t have one! And get committed! Move your buns at least 30 minutes a day or you really don`t waNT to lose weight! Here it is--- there are not many things in your life you can control---but if you coose to lose weight the choices are yours! JoJo
