vacation exercise
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has an exercise routine they use while on vacation. Is it a bad idea to take a few weeks off from weight training (i figure it will be easy enough to work in a few runs)

Hi everyone. I am attempting to give up diet soda or a least cut way back. I get bored with drinking regular water and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on the many varieties of flavored water.

weight gain from soda to water switch?
When i weighed myself this morning I gained 3 pounds from a week ago. The only change I made was cutting out diet soda and replacing it with water (I would drink 8-10 sodas a day) Could this have anything to do with the weight gain? My exercise and diet were the same. I really do not mind the number going up but was interested if this change could be the cause

Can someone explain to me what a spike day is? My weight loss has stalled and I am eating and exercising the same as i have been the last year

cardi frequency
I am currently doing a cardio workout 55 minutes 3 days a week. Would i get the same results going to 45 minutes 4 days a week?
