I have been a big guy for most of my adult life. I would like to get healthier so, I am working on losing some weight. My ultimate goal is to weigh in about 200 lbs and lower my golf score into the 80's.
Golf is a good driver for me to exercise and as I work to improove my game with weight training, stretching and calastinics I feel I should lose it over time without a problem.
