Hi, i am a mom of three boys ages Logan 13, Cody 15 and Dylan 19. I also have three step daughters Jessica, Lindsey and Meagen who have three kids Bella, Pierson and Hunter. I am soon to be 45 years young and love to work out and keep active, but find that although i don't eat a lot i am not always eating healthy. So, now i am going to be heldd accountable for what i eat (working out is never an issue, i always do it)so i have an app[ on my phone which is synched to my laptop and i am really going to try hard to record everything that i eat to make sure my calorie/fat ect is so i can lose not so much the weight, but to be healthier in 2011! So, wish me luck! And any advise would be greatly appreciated!!!!
