Back down to 183. I think Cassie and Lorry were right about giving my body a shock. Last week, when I weighed in and saw I had gained 4.5 pounds, I felt really weird. I didn't feel heavier, I didn't feel the 4.5 pounds... yet there they were. After that, I just kind of said, if I'm going to gain 4.5 pounds, I might as well have some pizza LOL
And yet... 183 today. My body is playing with me.
It could be the crud I had since I worked out on Tuesday. It was fine until we were running on the grass. I started sneezing non-stop, then my nose clogged up and I was unable to continue working out. By Wednesday, I had snot literally spilling out of my nose without me realizing it until it was too late. I had so much drainage, and I felt really miserable. I started using my nasal spray (that damned nasal spray!) and took some Alleve, and now it's not so bad. When I look down, snot doesn't fall onto my shirt. Ew.
I feel really good about the weight loss. I think I've caught up to Ms. Cortez a bit. She went up to number 1 last week when I gained weight, and I'm really wary of what I'm doing now.

I've shocked my body so much, I think I've ruined myself LOL The word would be DEVASTATED. I saw the Biggest Loser 2 results from last week, and now Ms. Cortez has taken the lead. I'm second. Aw geez. No, no, no, no. This can't be!!!
But I had a whole pizza yesterday. It was vegetarian, and our new dog Izzy, the bottomless pit chihuahua who eats everything you hand to her, helped me finish it off by eating the crust. Then I decided that wasn't enough. I had to bake some banana nut bread so that the bananas I bought last week didn't go to waste, and then I thought, I had to make sure it was good. Mmmm-mmmmmmmm!!!! I had 3 slices. *sigh* Damn you, banana nut bread! Damn you!
So now I'm trying to get my act together. Chaney came and told me about our principal's new cleanse, which consists of taking 4 tablespoons of epsom salt and eating grapefruit. I told her it sounded like a recipe for diarrhea. That's the last thing you need if you're teaching. "Excuse me kids, I have to ..." Ewww. I can't do it. I just can't.
But I went to Macy's today to get a new stand mixer so I can bake more bnb's, and there they were... Dark Chocolate -- GODIVA dark chocolates covering some sexy almonds that beckoned me to taste. My 25 percent off coupon allowed me to afford this evil. I ate them all, then looked at the back of the package. That small bag, that tiny thing... was 340 calories. Are you kidding me??? Ugh.
Then I went to Dollar Tree to look for loaf pans. I saw some chile covered mangos and ate those in my car. 300 calories. What is wrong with me???? I think it's almost that time of the month again. I can tell when I start craving sweets and sour stuff.
I'm not worthy. I'm not worthy.
On the other hand, Lolo gave me more of her clothes! They were fabulous. I felt fabulous in them. There were jeans, a pair of white pants, white capris that fit me perfectly. I texted her that it made me want to go to a bar and drop something so I could bend down and pick it up LOL
All year, I've been wearing baggy jeans. I got some 14's thinking that they'd be better, but I noticed last week they're still baggy. But the 12s fit, and I was very proud to wear them today. In fact, I had on a pair of jeans Lorry gave me last week, and I told
Dajuana because I used to tell her that I want to be as small as Lorry.

I gained 4.5 pounds! Damn! I told Cassie, and she was like, "Huh?" LOL She asked if I wanted to weigh in tomorrow, but I refused because I don't think it will make a difference. So now I owe $9. Argh. I keep telling myself IT'S MUSCLE GAIN.
MUSCLE GAIN MY BUTT. I had some lemon cookies this week, and last night I had me some pizza rolls. That's where the 4.5 pounds came from. Plus, we're not working out with Angel this week except for Saturday.
