My job is centered on technology. After work I am so mentally drained that watching television has become my only outlet. As an ex athlete, I know what things need to take place to fulfill my physical goals but I just lack the will. This has come with some health consequences, last year costing me several thousands in medical bills including sleep apnea. For me, this was a wakeup call.
