Differing Scales
Also, if you can get to a medical scale, and then back to check the results of the other two relatively soon, that will let you know which is the most reliable.
Is the Wii Fit on a carpet, that will definitely put the numbers off.

Differing Scales
Since weight varies quite a bit from day to day, weighing in only once a week could give you a false positive or negative that could set you up for weak weight loss efforts or disappointment for the whole next week. Weigh every day, but be aware that these numbers are going to fluctuate and don't get too hung up on any one number. Weighing every day also makes sure things don't start to spiral out of control on you. Weigh naked every morning after going to the bathroom, and that will be the closest to your true weight. Water rentention, food, and clothing will all set your true numbers off. Also, it's essential to remember that weight is only the most convenient measuring method, so don't get upset if the weight isn't dropping, so long as the inches are, and the health is rising!
