I hate it when you go to try on cloths at a store and you pick out a size you think will fit and it doesn't go over your hips. or when your trying on cloths and you glance in the body mirror and realize how big you have gotten. that can be very depressing i will be 25 in July and i want to be able to go t the swimming pool with out being afraid of what i look like. the lowest i have ever been was 120lbs and was in between a 5 to 7 pants size but when i was that skinny i only ate one meal a day my family always told me that i looked sick. im not wanting to get down that far and if i do great but im wanting to do it healthy. i had my daughter in 2006 and got up to 206lbs then dropped down to 150 and i was satisfied at ere i was at then i let my self go i use to walk every were now i don't do that. then i got really bad stress and depressed i got all the way up to 219lbs. i am down to 212lbs i wished it would come off as easy as it went on but lets face it that not how it works s here o go on my journey to lose my weight.

How many calories should i be eating to lose weight?
thanks for your comments. i once had a personal trainer he said it dint matter what i ate as long as it was in my calorie limit i will try to start putting fruit and veggies in my diet i will try to eta less packaged food and incorporate exercise 4 days a week

How many calories should i be eating to lose weight?
right now i am eating about 1500cals a day my RDI says 1900cals a day but i eat less but haven't seen much progress with 1500cals. should i drop it down to 1200cals or what. any one have any suggestions?i am 24 and i weigh 212lbs.im not doing any exercise realy and if i lower it do i eat more when i work out? im not sure
