I am a full tiime Cardiac Sonographer Student having a year left. I am a happily Married, wife and mother of three boys. I am currently studing for the NASM CPT online course. My goal is to lose weight and gain muscle to see how I feel and look at the age that usally women tend to fall of the face of the earth lol. Anyhow I am here only for health tips and to learn as much as I can and give my tips and experience to those who also seek the same knowledge as me.
