Trying to loose a little weight!!!! i have never eaten properly in my life! always done extreme dieting and restriction. I am trying my hardest to eat normally and exercise. It aint easy. undoing a habit of a life time !

Need advice--weight won't come off
i have had a look at your food diary..r u logging absolutely everything. i found to use scales to weight EVERYTHING really helps. also i dropped my carb intake. I looked online and they recommend 100grams to 150 at most per day for intake. once i adjusted this the weight started to come off. I switched from carb rich breakfast to fruit and yoghurt...i find once i put bread or pasta in i crave more...so the less carbs the better. also how much weight r u trying to loos. if its between 6 to 10 lbs it can be diffictult. try to make all your food not come t more than 1300 per day including tea coffee etc. good luck anyways your diet is quite balanced. and u r very active. maybe u dont need to loose weight Smile

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
once a week..otherewise i become to obsessed about what thet scales say...i measure too. usually on a monday first thing

Weigh In
weighing in the morning is best after that first pee!!! ur fluids are balanced...obviously u wil go up during the day as u put fluid and food in..this is why it is best to get ur weight in the morning. can i also please put emphasis on measuring yourself. at the same time u do ur weight in. as scales do not tell u the whole story.it doesnt tell u u have lost a pound of fat but gained in lean muscle weight...good weight!...some times it can get me down to know we all depend on the scales. i have only lost 4 pounds yet 10 inches have come off. !!! do not be disheartened by the scales the tape measure should be our best friend! justa thought

Time of the month!!! i refuse to be weighed
I have recently stopped the injection(depo) and as a result i feel heavier...i think my body is producing way to mjany hormones! I cant touch my breasts as they are sooo painful and two sizes bigger(this is only the last week)so I am not weighing myself for a week or two until this passes. As I know i am carrying water ..it wil just make me think I have gained weight -which i couldnt of.Frustation. Sometimes i hate being a women..stil running stil eating healthy soo hopefully it wil pass.and i can c what my loss has been Sad
