Christian girl who loves Jesus. I workout at least 45 minutes a day or more if I can. My healthy weight for my age and height is 129Ib-150Ib. I want to try and get to the lowest weight i can possibly get to, but I'm not sure I can with all of the muscle I have built up. I know if God wants me to get down to that weight, He will help me through it. So, that's my goal and I need a little support. I have an eating disorder that makes me feel like I need to eat a ginormous amount of food. I can't just stop once I stop. Please, I need prayer and support.
