Hi! I'm Jessa, 20 years old. We're having a bet with my cousins that whoever would not be able to get to its own ideal weight will be the one to treat this Christmas, and I am the fattest of us so it might be little difficult to get my Ideal weight. From 70 kgs to 50 for 3 - 5 months with White rice on my table. I'm also working so it's my source of energy. I started military diet last month. With only Egg for breakfast and cereals at lunch but DINNER, Oh no! when I get home surely there's rice. I cannot jog anymore because of my weight, because when I jog my weight goes 3rd times from its original. Well, I just do exercise at home since my knee hurts so much. I hope someone could also help me guide meself
