day 11 of SBD. I am a little discouraged. I have only lost 4.5 lbs. in 11 days. A lot less that I am hearing from other people. I haven't had any bread, pasta, baked goods, rice, potatoes. I have been following the diet as accurately as I can imagine. what am I doing wrong? Could it be the sugar free popsicles and jello?

Jan. 16/07 - Still weighing in at 191.5. Yesterday I bought some sugar free popsicles, and was horrified to read that they have 4 carbs each. (this was after eating four of them) Yikes I am really going to have to watch this. Sitting at home in a snow storm with a cold feeling bored. Today is another day!

Jan. 15/07 Weighed in at 191.5. I think it would have been more but I had a few glasses of wine on Sat. along with a few tortilla chip.
Today is another day and I start week II of the Phase I.
I am confident that I will succeed because now I am aware of what to expect.

Day 5 and I am down another pound. I was really surprised because yesterday I actually thought that I have overeaten.
Breakfast - omelete, with low fat string cheese, left over mushroom and onions from dinner.
mid morning snack: 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese, 1 fat/sugar free jello pudding,
Lunch: sugar free jello, homemade coleslaw with low carb homemade mayo, small piece of steak,
Afternoon snack: about 30 small almonds, laughing cow cheese x 2,
Dinner: salad with boiled egg, piece of low fat cheese, parm. cheese, and low carb mayo.
Dessert: Low fat yogurt, and yet another sugar free jello. Is this too much for Phase 1?
