Was very happy when I weighed in today. Down another two lbs. My husband told me that he has noticed it on my face. I can't wait for the day when it is noticible on my body!

Final weigh in of Phase II. Not extremely happy with the results. I have lost more in less time on other diets. I am thinking about switching to weight watchers. I will give SBD Phase I a week to see what happens.

Sticking with SBD has finally paid off! I am down another pound. Two more days of Phase 1.

I was a little discourage yesterday to I had a glass of wine with my dinner. Other than that I stuck to the diet.

Expected worse! Two more days of Phase 1. Looking forward to starting Phase 2.

day 11 of the SBD for me and I have only lost 4.5 lbs. What can I be doing wrong. I have followed it accurately. This is a lot less that I am reading on other people's success stories. I am not sure if I will continue.
