My goal begin increasing the amount of weight I lift weekly by 5 pounds. My conditioning is good, yet I know I can take it to a new level. I'm a warrior, I'm focused.

I am re-configuring my fitness goals, as I've begun to "slough-off". Fatigue has become a contributor, in addition to work travel and social events and unexpected personal emergencies. We push through...in addition I've decided resting will assists with my goals. Today I'm allowing for recovery time and a nap.
