My goal begin increasing the amount of weight I lift weekly by 5 pounds. My conditioning is good, yet I know I can take it to a new level. I'm a warrior, I'm focused.
260.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
