Good day all! Started the day with scrambled egg whites, steel cut oats, and 1 cup of fresh cut pineapple and blackberries. Also a cup of Mandarin spice tea. no sugar or cream.

Not sure how to log my excercises. Everything I input shows no results. But here is my list of what I did.
20 standing bicycle crunches
22 wall push ups
20 clapping crunches
20 fire hydrant kicks, left side
20 "..." Right side
15 overhead claps
30 second plank
Just wish I knew how many calories I burned. Ah well.
