Wild weekend with family, heaps of wine and restaurants, highly processed take aways, it was fun but I won't do it again for a while.
My blood pressure is horrendously high so I am on new meds, sigh. I promised my new GP last week that I will lose 10kg by the end of the year. He smiled knowingly. We'll see ...

Family visit plus rubbish high-carb ( especially sugars) foods equals wrecked, well damaged really, weight loss motivation. New GP encouraged me back on track today so I promised him I would drop 10kg by the end of this year! He also explained my IBS, as diagnosed by a gastroenterologist 10 years ago, has either healed or was a misdiagnosis.
