My name is Jamie, I'm 20 years old - looking to lose about 60 pounds in 6 months. sticking to a very strict but fairly easy diet. my boyfriend lost 180 pounds in 6 months - hes my motivation and coach.

eating more now than I ever did before, it wasn't that I was eating too much before it was making terrible choices and binge eating once a day.

Seeing as of course you're male, I'm pretty sure at 1000 cals per day you're losing a lot of muscle, def message me, ill be happy to help in more extensive detail!

My food log is definitely not 100% accurate. I do not count calories..9 calories in a gram of fat and 4 in crabs and protein. I eat around 1400 a day knowing I need 145 grams of protein, 137 carbs and 20 grams of fat. Along with supplements because if we ate all the nutrition our body needed daily.. we'd all be overweight.

The discrepancy is due to finding fat secret when I was already down 10 pounds.

I also own a shapescan machine.. its a 1000 dollar machine that will measure your lean body mass and tell you your rmr, we have about 3 of them because its what we do, travel the northwest suburbs helping people lose weight and achieve their goals without losing muscle while doing it.

And you're absolutely right! Anything could he considered excersize, not traveling the parking lot for 10 minutes trying to find the closest parking spot, just moving, not asking the kids to get you everything. So in that sense, I have excersized, short walks with my boyfriend. Nothing strenuous, though.

And yes, he lost a ton of weight very fast because he had cholesterol of 800 and was told he was now diabetic, he's now off all medication so it brings me back to just focusing on health opposed to being so obsessed with the scale! It works!

i know youre probably saying, who wants to take tips from someone whos still 50 pounds overweight?

haha my boyfriend lost 180 pounds in 6months doing what im doing.. just focusing on health. he teaches weight loss programs in 11 park districts in the area and i hear the same things over and over again.

end of rant.
