Made two weightlifting partners in the gym today. Incorporated the food scale for accurate measurement and portioning. Should I still be a little hungry after meals? That way food doesn't ferment in my stomach as I sleep.

This is Day 1 of my paleo-type diet. I will not eat any starchy carbohydrates, sugar, or any type of drink but water. I will also walk at least two hours a day or substitute it with treadmill activity.
