Well i've gone a little overboard again... but thats ok i'm atleast maintaining my weight. There are little ups and down but its staying in the same range.

Today i went thrift store shopping and found this wonderful wool coat! Im very pleased because if I hadn't lost the weight it would not fit me. I'm very happy with the coat :)

So I am going to do this! I committed to myself that I would no more abuse myself with unhealthy foods. I am going back in the game and I will loose more weight! Next goal to reach, 250 lbs!

Woohoo I don't feel bloated anymore! all it took was ummm chinese food, cake, chocolate bars and burger king. Ok not the best weekend but it seems like whatever been irritating me is beginning to recede. Thankfully I'm at the same weight still. Hmmm...

Bloatedness is still there uggh. I did notice that tomato soup had wwaayyy too much sodium so I wonder if that is the cause of it. I've been having that recently... 1 lbs drop despite my bloatedness :)
