Hi!
Ok Im doing good. yesterday i had brunch so i had *shakes his head* egg benedict with fried potatoes. but thats ok, overall my graph is still looking good and its still alright. Hunger isn't so bad as it used to be so yay :) i also discovered these wonderful veggie hotdogs with good protein and little carbs. Wonderful snacks for the evening.

Office and Food.
So i come to work today and its employee appreciation week (My days off are tuesday and wednesday) soooo management is treating us with time off from our desk and FOOD! So i had chicken and french fries given to my desk (ughgg) but i ONLY HATE 6 french fries and no skin! So i go to a meeting and they are serving non alcoholic champagne but since it was only a little i thought well might as well... since everyone else... and FINALLY there IT IS!! **drum roll** The HUGE CAKE awaiting to rn uime. But i only took a little little piece just enough to taste (figured what the heck) and that was IT!! Very proud day cause i could've been completely ruined. I told myself, is this worth the seven lbs i lost? I think not.

Well yesterday was a bit tougher. It was my day off so lounging around the house most of the day... you know what that means. But i did ok! I found these veggie chili wieners with little carbs so i kinda snacked on that all day. but i could've just eaten and eaten and eaten... i think had a serious sugar fit last night because i just felt so nervous and anxious for a bit. it was a weird sort of suffocating feeling similar to one i had when i quit smoking. Anyone else had this during phase 1? hehe, just to show how powerful sugar can be. Keeping on trucking today and I'm still on board. Although I must admit, it was hard to pass a smoked salmon sandwich at this European deli i went to.

i also discovered a very nice new salad that is totally South Beach Friendly. i had it at the European coffee shop. very good: tomato and egg salad. Boil eggs, then take off the egg middle. Mix it with a little mayo and olive oil (you can also limit the amount of egg yolk here too). Then cut in big pieces egg white and cut large pieces of tomatoes. place in bowl and then mix it with the egg yolk mixture and voila! An easy salad anyone can enjoy. :)

*does the dance* yay first 5 lbs :) I know its probably mostly water retention but still... *does the dance*. Yesterday was a little better in terms of hunger. Maybe my stomach is shrinking? the only bad thing i had was chicken caesar salad... i didnt have time to make lunch for work so i had to get food at the food court. You know there is so little choices for phase 1 at food courts? hehe. so the salad dressing was bad but otherwise is was good since i asked for no croutons.
