Any dog loving buddies?
I have 3 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels who LOVE to walk!! I sometimes have to jog as they get very excited and pull. I take them for an hour walk most nights.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I hadn't weighed myself for months before starting my new lifestyle change, as it was just too depressing. But now that I'm on the weight loss mission, I will weigh myself every week.

Looking for buddies...
Hi, I'm from Tasmania, Australia and am also looking to meet some buddies on here to share the journey with. Maggie - I know exactly how you feel. I come from a stick thin family where I am the only larger one. I don't have a good relationship with my mothers partner, who often calls me an elephant, fat slob, beast and fat cow. I am an emotional eater, binge eater, and often using eating to break boredom. All my friends are pretty, skinny, fit and happy which makes it difficult as I have no one to share the journey with.
I'm currently 76.5kg and I am hoping to get down to 60kg. I am 167cm tall. So not all that big - about a size 14 - but believe me, it's certainly there to lose!
