My name is Jacquie and I am trying another weight loss attempt. I have been over weight since I was about 12 years old and my life has really not changed even though i have tried. I have been to the doctors and dieticians and also have tried prescribed and non prescribed diet pills and nothing works but then again there is no real miracle pill. I have been denied for weight loss surgery even though I have several health problems, such as asthma, pcos, pre diabetic, slight edema of the legs and feet and sever knee pain and a non alcoholic fatty liver and not being able to carry a child full term because i have had 2 miscarries, i had one in 2010 and one in july of this year. So this is another attempt at the weight loss journey for myself. I am hoping to meet some new friends on here and get some encouragement so that i do not fail myself again like all the other times. Please only help me help myself. thanks
