I lost a lot of weight in the pass and actually reach 150. I had a couple medicine changes and hospitalization combine with personal stressed that has had be regain some weight. I am actively trying to lose it. I find journals help through every part of my life.

Well, I stopped. I stoopped everything so I Gain everythng back simple. I am starting again.

I haven't been able to weigh myself. My scale is broken and has been for a couple of weeks. I have felt some freedom because of this and worry. I decided for the rest of the month of july to leave my scale as it is. I want to work out and get myself moving with out worrying about how many pounds I dropped that week. I know it a scary thing to do but I think it will help me in the long run. My goal is by the end july to be lower than my last weigh in. I believe if I can do that, than I won.
