I haven't been able to weigh myself. My scale is broken and has been for a couple of weeks. I have felt some freedom because of this and worry. I decided for the rest of the month of july to leave my scale as it is. I want to work out and get myself moving with out worrying about how many pounds I dropped that week. I know it a scary thing to do but I think it will help me in the long run. My goal is by the end july to be lower than my last weigh in. I believe if I can do that, than I won.

you will do it . just keep motivated keep moving and keep drinking water. keep the thought in your head of just how happy you will be when you see the weight fall. keep happy
